Review : Bandai's Dynamo

The function of the dynamo is a device that converts electrical energy into rotary motion energy (converts electrical energy into motion energy).
there are several types of dynamos:

NORMAL CM-NM2 specifications
Rpm: 15000
Torque: 15 gf / cm

The default motor From CG (Bandai), a standard motor that is used for CG with moderate rpm (minute rotation) and moderate torque (torque) can also cause CG to be routed or commonly called Fake Spin. So the movement is in the middle between Spin and Dash.

Hi Dash CM-HD Specifications
Rpm: 14000
Torque: 21 gf / cm

Advantages :This motorbike is very big because of the high / large Torque, as the name implies Hi Dash, this motorbike is very suitable to use for CG type Dash
This low rpm and high torque motor allows CG to go straight with a large power, but still has to be supported with a Dash wheel type too.
The difference between Torque is quite far and the CM-NM2 Normal motor is CG original Bandai.

Deficiency :
This motor is not recommended for CG type spin, because the rpm of this motor can be said to be only 14000.
This motor faster heat than Hi Spin.

CM-HS Hi Spin Specifications
Rpm: 20000
Torque: 17 gf / cm

Advantages :
This motorbike has a very high round speed, suitable for use in the CG Spin type so that the spin is more intense.
A motor with a high rpm will make the Wheel CG spin faster than usual, that fast Wheel rotation is what causes the CG to spin quickly aka Spin.
This magnet motor is stronger than the default CG ori band and Hi dash motor. This motor doesn't heat up quickly compared to Hi Dash.

Deficiency :
This motor is not recommended for CG type Dash, because this motor power is no bigger than Hi Dash.

CM-MS Mega Spec SpecificationsRpm: 19300
Torque: 21 gf / cm

Advantages :
One of the best motorbikes that fits well is used for Dash and Spin. High RPM and equipped with Spin wheels can make your CG spin. Or it can be changed to the Dash, because the Mega Spec has high torque, which allows CG to accelerate while shouting. CM-MS Mega Spec, a motor that is suitable for all conditions.

Deficiency :
Because it has a fairly strong magnet, it takes a large amount of battery power, or it can be said to be fast draining. But it doesn't matter if you see the results

BANDAI : Is a company that has a license for Crush Gear . have the best plastic material. Color Like anime but has the most expensive price compared to others

JIADA : details are ok approaching Ori, unfortunately some parts are easy to loose especially for starters. such parts, for example chassis, where the battery box section is less snapfit with the body also part of the Front Weapon and Rear Weapon connectors which also lack snapfit with FW and RW.

Gold Seagul : sturdy and have snapfit part but the details are not good, the hook portion of the brittle chassis is easily broken if the handling is wrong. But the dynamism is the dynamo with the highest rpm among the dynamos of other brands.

5 star: the details are okay and pretty strong and precise but the plastic material is not good enough.Sold with Box (MIB)

Shuang xing : the details are not good. usually there is no ver box or loosepack, the chassis in the hook is easily broken if not careful handling it. the wheel of all CGs is the dino spartan wheel. Dynamo has a small torque. the body of the front hook is also vulnerable. the positive cg this brand can be used as mutilan. for example: gearset, shaft, contents in dynamos, weapons, bumpers and
wheels are also still suitable for use.

IOD SYSTEM

IOD (Intermittent Operating Device)
Is a device that is installed on the back of the ZVT chassis that can change the pattern and direction of the gear. Moves based on the rear axle axle rotation of the gear that rotates the inside of the IOD and IOD DISC so that it pushes the trigger which finally moves the ARM on the rear wheel side gear.

IOD Single Unit has an arm that is located on one side of the gear either LEFT (Left) or RIGHT (Right) so the motion pattern of the gear will be affected on the position of the arm.

The IOD Double Unit has a pair of arms located on both sides of the rear gear so that it increases gear capability when the two arms move alternately.

DISC IOD : An IOD movement trigger indicates how many movements in one disc rotation there are
Single Unit: S1 Single turn, D1 Double turn and T1 Triple turn

Double Unit: W1 Left, W2 Right and D2 Left Right

ARM
an arm that is located between the chassis and rear gear wheel that is connected to the IOD motion mechanism. The arm will move according to the IOD Disc rotation which pushes the trigger so that the arm will move downward so the gear can turn in the direction that matches the IOD.

CRUSH GEAR CHASSIS

There are 6 types of chassis in the Crush Gear series

V1: The chassis of the original Crush Gear was produced with 1 bolt hole in the batterybox so there is no need to worry "thinking about setting a spin or dash. The rear chassis is not universal so not all rear bumpers / rear weapons can be mounted on the chassis can be installed.

VT: a.k.a Variable Transmuting is a development of chassis V1 where there are 4 holes in the batterybox so we can set our Crush Gear as we wish. first hole from front for spin, second for normal, third for semi-dash, and fourth for full-dash. Unlike V1, VT Chassis has universal rear so that any rear bumpers and rear weapons (except rear bumper V1) can be attached to this chassis, including IOD.

MVT / N: more sophisticated than VT where the battery box can be set / shifted without having to remove the bolt. consists of 4 parts, the main part of the chassis, battery box, dynamo cover, and gearset cover. so with this chassis if you want to remove the dynamo, just open the cover dynamo. or want to check the gearset just by removing the wheel and gearset cover. can be obtained from CG: Wild Haken, Gallop Horn, Breakdeath Schyte, and Geo Scorpio. This chassis has also been produced in aftermarket part in white form.

MVT / D: special chassis with a height from the bottom of the chassis to the top of the chassis is lower "5mm” from the other chassis type. We can call it" flatter "only, the batterybox part cannot be varied like the MVT / N or VT chassis. from 4 chassis parts such as MVT / N, suitable for dash settings, can be obtained from CG: Mega Dash Striker, Hidlander, Ark Cavalier, and Rushing Edge.

MVT / S: Special chassis with rear wheel hole higher than front wheel hole allowing the chassis to remain parallel to the ground when using large diameter wheel spin behind. because of this, the use of a normal diameter wheel is not recommended to be put behind because the wheel will not touch the ground. MVT / S also consists of 4 chassis parts. suitable for spin settings. This chassis can be obtained from CG: Mega Spin Lefter, Vort Granade, Beat Impulse, and Senki Gai-Oh.

ZVT / N / S: The chassis is up to date with the combined spec of MVT / N and MVT / S where we can set this chassis into normal mode by using a normal cover and pin to Normal (N) or spin mode by using spin cover and switchpin to spin (S). can be obtained from all CG series Nitro.
